Bradley Bloom Insolvency Specialist Solicitor & Partner at JE Baring & Co

Bradley is a Partner in the firm and is a highly regarded and experienced insolvency litigator dealing with all aspects of personal and corporate insolvency, including voluntary arrangements.

He also undertakes a caseload including commercial litigation and debt recovery and works closely with leading firms of Insolvency Practitioners, in-house legal departments, business and private clients ranging in size from small businesses to multinational companies and Local Authorities.

Bradley qualified as a solicitor in 2001, having already accumulated a number of years experience in commercial debt recovery, litigation and insolvency as a Legal Executive. In total, Bradley has over 20 years hands on experience as a lawyer, making him skilled in all situations, including regular advocacy at court, something which not all litigators are comfortable with.

Shortly after qualifying, Bradley became a partner in the firm and together with Allan Hooper developed the practice to the point where the firm has a particularly strong reputation in litigation and insolvency.

Apart from advising and assisting clients on legal problems, Bradley also provides in-house training and seminars on debt recovery and insolvency related topics. This develops client knowledge and understanding of how to act in this difficult financial time to ensure the right steps are taken to maximise recovery.
